Your waitlist data

Examie is run by examieteam. When you join the waitlist we keep a small amount of information so we can tell you when Examie launches. We never sell it and never use it for ads.

What we keep

• Your email address
• Whether you're a student, parent or teacher
• Whether you'd like to test Examie early
• Where you found us, if the link you used says (for example TikTok)
• When you joined

What we use it for

• One email when Examie launches
• If you ticked "Let me test it early": an invite to try Examie before launch, and a few questions about what you thought

That's all. We'll ask before using your email for anything else. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who can see it

Only the Examie team. The list is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in their London region.

How long we keep it

Until Examie launches and we've sent the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you then create an Examie account, the app's own privacy policy applies.

Under 13

You need to be 13 or older to join. If you're under 16, please let a parent or carer know.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, change or delete your data, email teamexamie@gmail.com and we'll do it within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
